How long does it take for an answer to an inquiry?

Does your company ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally.


Will I be charged duties and or taxes?

Any taxes/duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay the fees the items will be returned to us where we will process a refund excluding shipping and restocking fee.


What is the return/exchange policy?

You will be able to exchange/return items within 30 days of the order date. Any error on behalf of the company (wrong item, incorrect size etc) will be provided a free return. Returns/exchanges for other reasons including but not exclusive to sizing, change of colour etc will be at the expense of the customer. Items must be in original packaging unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not comply with our company standards & return criteria.

Returns originating from the USA will be at the expense of the customer unless an error has been made by the company.

All items bought on sale are final sale so please be wary of size and colour selection when you checkout.

- Any items discounted are final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date

- We will provide a shipping return label if return is approved

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, have no odors, no human or animal hair and no stains. Returns are processed at the discretion of BST Fitness.


What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We make sure to double check your orders but In the case you have received the wrong or a faulty item, please contact our team at customerservice@bstfitnessapparel.com with your order number for further assistance.
